Complaints
You have the right to file a complaint if you feel your privacy rights have been violated. You may contact our pharmacy via email, phone, fax, or mail. Within 3 business days of receiving a complaint, we will notify you that the complaint has been received and is being investigated. Your complaint will be documented and filed for review with our Quality Management Team. A staff member will work with you to determine a suitable resolution to the complaint. In the event you find that the resolution does not meet your expectations you may submit an appeal and the review will be passed on to the Quality Management Committee for their next meeting. Sunray Drugs Specialty will not retaliate against any person who files a complaint.
