Where are you located?
We are located in West Philadelphia at 142 S. 52nd Street above the Sunray Drugs retail pharmacy. The pharmacy is closed-door, which means that you cannot walk into the pharmacy.
How do I get my medication?
You can pick up your medication at any of our retail pharmacies. Click here to view a list of our retail pharmacies to find the closest location to you! If you are unable to pick up the medication, we offer free delivery throughout the Philadelphia region. We will reach out and schedule a delivery for a time that works for you.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
When can I contact you with questions for the pharmacist?
A pharmacist is available 24/7 to answer your questions. If outside of business hours, feel free to leave a message on our emergency line, and a pharmacist will reach out to you shortly with the answer to your question.
Do you compound medications?
No, we do not compound medications.
What if I’m unsure about how to use my medication?
Our pharmacists are trained to help you learn how to inject your medication. We will walk you through the steps on how to inject the medication and answer any questions that you have.
